Jacob Straw is the Premier League Kicks Co-ordinator at Derby County Community Trust. Jacob also serves as the Female Talent Pathway U18's Lead Coach and Higher Education Lead Mentor. Jacob is involved in coaching various schemes through the community trust. Additionally, Jacob has experience as an RTC U16’s Coach at Derby County RTC and as a Youth Development Phase Coach at Burton Albion Football Club. Jacob has also coached at Long Eaton United, Friar Lane and Epworth FC, Narborough Foxes, UK International Soccer, and Football and Fitness. Jacob holds a BSc in Football Coaching, Development and Administration from the University of South Wales.
