Roland Tarling is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in software development and management. Currently serving as IT Architecture Manager and Head of Technical Analysis and Testing at DER Touristik Suisse AG since January 2011, Roland has also operated as Director at Roland Consulting since 1997. Previous roles include Software Development Manager at Mubadala Development Company, Scrum Master at Man Investments, and various senior developer positions at Warner Bros., E.ON, Amerada Hess, and Thomson Reuters. Roland began the career as a Developer at ExxonMobil after obtaining a BSc Hons II:I in Computer Science from Aston University.
