Jonas Belardinelli has a strong career in human resources, with their most recent experience being at DER Touristik Suisse AG. Jonas began their tenure at DER Touristik Suisse AG in August 2016 as the Head of HR Administration & Payroll. Jonas then progressed to become the Head of HR Services, HRIS & Facility in January 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Head Of Human Resources & HRIS. Before joining DER Touristik Suisse AG, Jonas worked at Gebr. Huber AG as the HR-Verantwortlicher from July 2005 to January 2015.

Jonas Belardinelli completed their education at HKV Aarau from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in HR-Fachmann with a specialization in HR Fachmann. Additionally, they attended SAE (School of Audio Engineering) Zurich for an unspecified duration and received a degree in Audio Engineering SAE, focusing on Sound-Engineer. In October 2015, Jonas acquired the additional certification of Eidg. dipl. HR Fachmann from the Human resources Swiss exams.
