Caroline Fletcher is an experienced Lead Product Designer at Depop since August 2019, where previous roles included Senior Product Designer and Web UX Lead. Prior to Depop, Caroline worked at ClearPeople as a UX Consultant and at Gravity Industries as a Creative Design Engineer, coordinating product quality and timelines in a start-up environment. Additional experience includes roles as a Medical Product Designer at DePuy Synthes Companies, Events Intern at Runway East, and UX Designer at Hackmasters. Caroline holds a degree in Design, Innovation and Creative Engineering from Queen Mary University of London, complemented by early roles in sales and as a SEMS ambassador at the same institution.
