Hale Bila, PhD, currently serves as the Head of Quality Assurance at DePoly, where responsibilities include designing quality control processes to meet international standards and fostering a quality-conscious culture through mentorship and training. Prior to this role, Hale Bila was a Doctoral Assistant at EPFL, focusing on DNA Biomaterials and supervising master's students in related research. Hale Bila also contributed as a Research Assistant at EPFL on oligopeptide modified polymers in collaboration with The Michelin Group, and as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Bilkent University, where the MSc thesis centered on photogeneration of hydrogen. Hale Bila holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from EPFL and a MSc in Chemistry from Bilkent University, supplemented by a BSc and MSc in Chemistry and Teacher Education from Orta DoÄŸu Teknik Ãœniversitesi.
