Haley Gauthier is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Deployed Resources, LLC since November 2022, previously holding the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to this role, Haley worked as a Senior Recruiter at Talent Strategy from January 2021 to October 2022 and as a Commercial Recruiter at Aerotek from June 2019 to January 2021. Haley holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology: Behavioral Science from Western Michigan University, earned between 2015 and 2019, and graduated from Davison High School in 2015.
