Dr. Charlotte L. currently serves as Vice President of Development & Growth Enablement at Deployed Resources, LLC, focusing on corporate talent development strategies. With extensive teaching experience, Dr. Charlotte has been a Lecturer for the Executive International MBA/MSIS program at Benedictine University and has also taught various courses as an Adjunct Faculty member across multiple institutions since 2009. Previous roles include Director at MITRE, where significant leadership initiatives were launched, and sales training management at Rohde & Schwarz. Dr. Charlotte holds a Doctor of Education in Executive Leadership from The George Washington University, an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from Northern Illinois University.
