Joel Elder is currently the Director of Project Management at DEPCOM Power, Inc. Prior to this role, Joel worked as a Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company for 16 years. Joel graduated from the University of Maryland in 2006 with a BA in Economics.
