Michael Carbery, CFA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Development at DePaul University in the Driehaus College of Business, with a focus on planned and regional giving. In addition to this role, Michael has been involved with the Order of Carmelites since July 2014, demonstrating a commitment to community leadership influenced by a Catholic education that began at Joliet Catholic High School, where Michael was Class Co-Valedictorian and football team captain. Previously, Michael contributed to St. Francis High School in Wheaton, IL, as a Board member and Chair, and held significant roles in corporate leadership at First Community Financial Partners, Inc., and Brown Brothers Harriman & Company, where significant asset growth was achieved. Michael holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from DePaul University, a BA in Economics from Yale University, and additional educational experiences at Northwestern University and Saint Louis University.
