Renee Brown, LPC, CSAC has a diverse work experience. From 1996 to 2016, they worked at Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare as a Manager. In 2017, they joined DePaul Community Resources as the Vice President of Child and Family Services, and later became the Chief Executive Officer in November 2022. In 2018, they also served as a Board Member for Project Discovery of Virginia. Additionally, since 2021, they have been a member of the Board of Directors for Family Focused Treatment Association (FFTA).

Renee Brown, LPC, CSAC, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Virginia Tech.
