Sipho Shange serves as the Chief Executive Officer and owner of Yamela Brands (PTY) LTD since January 2021. Additionally, Sipho has held the position of Acting Assistant Director Operations at the Department of Water and Sanitation: NWRI - Operation and Maintenance since June 1995, progressing from a Water Control Officer in various locations including Free State Sand Vet GWS and Kwa Zulu Natal to the current role. Previous experience includes serving as Plant Supervisor for Aquafund Services (Pty) Ltd and a Trainee Water Plant Operator with ASFA Services (Pty) Ltd. Sipho's career began at the Durban Country Club as a caddy during school years. Educational qualifications include a National Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Unisa.
