Ashish Joshi has extensive experience in public finance and telecommunications, currently serving as Jt. Previously, Ashish held various roles within the Ministry of Communications and the Department of Telecommunications, including Controller of Communication Accounts in Uttarakhand and positions related to policy and planning. Educational credentials include an Executive Programme in Public Policy from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and multiple degrees in public administration and history from prestigious institutions. With a career spanning over a decade, Ashish has contributed to significant initiatives such as the Sachar Committee and the Prime Minister's 15 Point Programme.
