Kwan Chun is an experienced professional specializing in acquisitions management and security operations. Currently serving as an Acquisitions Management Analyst at the U.S. Department of State since September 2022, Kwan previously held the position of ITAR/EUM Program Manager at the Diplomatic Security Office of Anti-terrorism Assistance from August 2005 to September 2022.
