Dina Zhanadil currently serves as the Managing Director for Strategy, Finance, ESG & Big Data at the Development Bank of Kazakhstan, a position held since May 2022. Previously, Zhanadil was a Senior Manager in Strategy & Asset Management at SAMRUK-KAZYNA from April 2016 to May 2022 and an Expert for the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of RK at the Astana International Financial Centre from November 2020 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of the Economic & Planning Department at the Development Bank of Kazakhstan from July 2014 to April 2016 and various roles in auditing at EY from July 2006 to July 2014, including Audit Manager and Audit Senior. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Finance from The University of Manchester, an MBA in Finance from KIMEP University, and a Graduate Diploma in Public Administration from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
