Namidja McKenzie is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic people and culture services. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania (NRE Tas) since August 2021, Namidja also holds the position of Director & Principal Consultant at BlueprintHR, where a comprehensive suite of HR services is delivered to enable organizational success. Previous roles include Senior HR & Change Manager at Mondelēz International, where leadership was provided for HR across Australia and New Zealand, and various HR-focused positions at Aurora Energy, Westpac, and Norske Skog. Holding both a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from the University of Western Australia, Namidja McKenzie combines a strong educational background with a commitment to effective people management and organizational development.
