Jamie Excell has extensive experience in ICT support, currently serving as an ICT Support Officer at the Department of Premier and Cabinet since August 2010. Responsibilities include help desk support, desktop and networking support, SCCM and SCSM administration, mobile device management, active directory administration, vendor liaison, stock control, procurement, and project management. Prior to this role, Jamie acted as Team Leader for IT Client Services at the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and the Environment and completed a Trainee Computer Support Officer program. Jamie's early career included a position as a Service Associate at Big W. Jamie holds Certificates III and IV in Information Technology (Support) and completed education at Elizabeth College and New Town High School.
