Andrew Saranchuk has over 25 years of experience in the legal field, currently serving as Assistant Deputy Minister at the Department of Justice Canada since April 2016. Previously, Andrew held the title of Assistant Deputy Minister at the Department of Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada from January 2013 to April 2016, and served as Legal Counsel at the Department of Justice Canada from 1993 to 2012. Andrew's educational background includes a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Université Laval, along with two Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degrees—one from Université Laval and another from the University of Ottawa—complemented by a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Carleton University.
