Will Zachmann has extensive experience in web management and communications within the public and private sectors. Currently serving as Web Manager and Contracting Officer's Technical Representative for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development since December 2001, Will oversees a $12 million housing research contract and manages the federal research publication website, HUDUser. Prior to this role, Will was the Communications Director at Steven Winter Associates, where responsibilities included media outreach and producing various communications materials for both the firm and its clients. Will also worked as a Business Analyst III at Freddie Mac, focusing on marketing strategies for automated mortgage underwriting services. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Paralegal Degree in Administrative and Public Law and dual Bachelor's degrees in English from The University of Hartford.
