Mary Chan currently serves as the Manager of the Incident Reporting, Quality and Safeguards Team within the Disability and NDIS Branch at the Department of Health & Human Services in Victoria, a position held since November 2019. Prior to this role, Mary Cha led incident reviews as the Team Leader at the Office of Disability Services Commissioner and worked as a Senior Review Officer. From May 2013 to November 2017, Mary Chan was the General Manager and previously the Accommodation Manager at Wallara Australia Limited. Early experience includes an Acting Manager role at the Department of Health Victoria from 1998 to 2012. Mary Chan holds a Graduate Diploma in Quality Management in Health Care from La Trobe University and a Bachelor of Health Science in Nursing from Victoria University.
