Rachelle Gladys Audar is an experienced economist currently working at the Department of Finance since December 2022. Previously, Rachelle served as a Teaching Assistant at the Graduate School of Public Policy, The University of Tokyo, providing support in courses such as Microeconomics for Public Policy and coordinating interactions with professionals from major international financial institutions. Rachelle's background at the Department of Finance includes roles as a Financial Analyst and Project Evaluation Officer, where key responsibilities involved project evaluation, financial viability assessment, and the management of financial reporting for local government initiatives. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Program Assistant at the CBMS Network Office and a Finance Administrator at IBM Global Process Services. Rachelle holds a Master of Public Policy from The University of Tokyo and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Economics from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
