Emee Macabales is an accomplished legal and project management professional with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager IV and Executive Director III at the Department of Finance since May 2015, Emee has held various leadership roles including Director III and Attorney V/Project Manager. Prior to this, Emee worked as a Project Attorney at Integreon and as a Senior Associate at EY, contributing to a diverse background in legal practice. Early career experience includes positions as a Paralegal at Gatmaitan La Vina Royo Gorre and Associates and a Research Assistant under Kala Mulqueeny. Emee holds a Master of Laws in International Economic Law from the University of Edinburgh Law School, completed executive education in Comparative Tax Policy and Administration at Harvard Kennedy School, and earned a Doctor of Law from the University of the Philippines, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of the Philippines in the Visayas.
