John Paulo Herrera has extensive experience in the field of English education, currently serving as a Faculty Member in the Department of English at the University of Santo Tomas and as Master Teacher II in Senior High School English at the Department of Education in the Philippines. Previous roles include Academic Coordinator at Enderun Colleges and English Instructor positions at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, De La Salle University, and Lyceum of the Philippines University. Additionally, John Paulo Herrera has served as an English Lecturer at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Linguistics from De La Salle University and a Magna Cum Laude Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Communication Arts in English from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
