Rendani Sadiki is the current Director General at Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development. Prior to this, they were Group Financial Accountant at Exxaro Resources from November 2007 to July 2010. There, they were responsible for month-end closure, monthly financial reporting, management reporting, rolling forecasts, preparation and monitoring of budgets, preparation of interim and year-end financial statements, preparation of tax packs, analysis of expenditure for tax purposes, accounting services to support corporate services departments, value adding cost control services, supervision of staff, implementation and monitoring of internal controls, assistance in ad-hoc assignments, liaison with internal and external auditors, and liaison with external customers.

From November 2010 to November 2012, Ms. Sadiki was the Finance Manager at National Regulator for Compulsory Specification. In this role, they were responsible for the financial management of the organization. This included preparing financial statements, managing budgets, overseeing audits, and maintaining relationships with financial institutions.

Ms. Sadiki has also served as the Head of Finance at Metal Industries Benefit Fund Administrators from March 2006 to October 2007. In this role, they were responsible for the overall financial management of the organization. This included preparing financial statements, managing budgets, overseeing audits, and maintaining relationships with financial institutions.

Rendani Sadiki has a CA(SA) from SAICA, a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting Science from the University of South Africa, a Bcompt Hons from the University of South Africa, and a Bcom Accounting from the University of Venda for Science and Technology.

Rendani Sadiki reports to Thoko Didiza, Minister. They work with Nomonde Mnukwa - Acting Chief Operations Officer, Jacob Hlatshwayo - Chief Financial Officer, and Phuti Mabelebele - Acting Chief Director - Strategic Communications.
