Previously, Rich held significant roles including Chief Information Officer at Boots UK, where responsibilities spanned technology support for over 60,000 colleagues, and Chief Digital & Information Officer at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, driving digital transformation initiatives. Rich also contributed to health informatics as the Chief Executive Officer of eHealth Ireland, focusing on innovative digital solutions and cultural change. With diverse advisory positions, including serving on the KLAS International Advisory Board and the Silver Buck Advisory Board, Rich possesses extensive experience in digital healthcare transformation and IT leadership across various sectors.
