Emilie Poulin is a seasoned professional in the field of social and medico-social work, currently serving as the Directrice Maison Départementale de l’Enfance and previously as Directrice Adjointe at Département du Loiret since August 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Chef de service at ATINORD from November 2019 to August 2021, and a significant tenure at CHU de Lille from June 2010 to November 2019 as Éducatrice spécialisée and Coordonnatrice CSAPA within a psychiatric and addiction care context.
