Xavier Posson currently serves as Directeur de la communication at DÉPARTEMENT DES DEUX-SÈVRES since February 2021. Prior to this role, Xavier held the position of Chargé de développement Collectivités at Edipublic from July 2016 to December 2020 and worked as a Senior Communication Consultant for various clients from April 2009 to May 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as Directeur adjoint du cabinet and managing communication at Conseil départemental d'Indre-et-Loire from January 2000 to February 2009, founding and directing LPB ASSOCIES, a communication agency, from April 1992 to February 1997, and working as a chef de pub at RSCG Paris and its subsidiary RACINES from May 1989 to December 1991. Xavier Posson holds a License and Maitrise in communication from Université de Tours and has further studied at Institut superieur de la communication.
