Ronald Marcelus is an experienced professional in social evaluation and management, currently serving as a conseiller at ASCCACOH-Education aux plus vulnérables since 2015, focusing on combating illiteracy in the Commune of Ouanaminthe. Additionally, Ronald has worked on a project evaluation for the social support initiative of the Département de l'Ardèche since October 2020. Prior experience includes project coordination at Association Cultivons nos toits, where Ronald developed a mapping of local organic actors in Grenoble, and a role as a junior consultant for Une Firme de Consultation, observing charcoal trafficking. Ronald holds a Master 2 in Evaluation et Management des Politiques Sociales, as well as a Master 1 from Université Grenoble Alpes, and a license in Geography from Université d'Etat d'Haïti.
