Emmanuelle Duchesne serves as Directrice de la communication at Département de la Meuse since March 2023, following a distinguished career in communication and management within the cultural sector. From November 2001 to August 2022, Emmanuelle held the position of Secrétaire générale at Théâtre de la Manufacture, where responsibilities included the implementation of the artistic project and the strategic direction of the theater. Prior roles include Responsable de la communication at NANCY JAZZ PULSATIONS, where Emmanuelle was instrumental in developing communication strategies and maintaining media relations. Early experience encompasses positions as Assistante aux relations-presse at Ville de Nancy and Attachée de presse at NANCY JAZZ PULSATIONS, along with a role as Responsable des relations publiques at Le Quai - Théâtre de Verdun. Emmanuelle is currently pursuing further education in cultural management and human resources while holding a DESS in Communication des Entreprises et des Organisations from Université Nancy 2.
