Marcela Serrano has a diverse work experience history. Marcela started their career as an intern in the Economic and Financial Department at Airbus in 2002. Marcela then gained experience in the Marketing Department at Lafarge in 2003. In 2005, they worked as a Senior External Auditor at PwC and also held a role in the territorial division of mortgage lending at Banco Santander. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Financial Advisor in the Transaction Advisory Services Department at Ernst & Young Servicios Corporativos, S.L. Currently, they are working at Deoleo, S.A. as the North Europe Business Controlling Manager, having previously served as the Corporate Controlling and Planning Manager from 2012 to 2018.

Marcela Serrano has a diverse educational background. Marcela attended Antonio de Nebrija University in Madrid from 1997 to 2002, where they pursued two degrees simultaneously. Marcela obtained a degree in Business Administration and another degree in Law.
