Lili Tran, MBA, IPMA-SCP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Denver Rescue Mission, having previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at the same organization. With extensive experience in human resources, Lili co-founded Human Capital Group LLC, where responsibilities included consulting on HR and business strategy. Lili's past roles include Chief Human Resources Officer for the Colorado Department of Human Services, Director of Human Resources for Johnson County, KS Government, and Chief Of Staff at ComCor, Inc. Lili has also held significant HR leadership positions with the City and County of Denver and the City of Colorado Springs. Lili's education includes an MBA in Leadership and Human Resource Management and a BSBA in Personnel Management and Organization Management, both from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
