Katie Breest is a seasoned public relations professional with extensive experience in the architecture and design sectors. As the Founder of Agency PR since April 2017, Katie leads an award-winning firm that specializes in public relations, marketing, and communications for architects, developers, and urban planners. Prior to this, Katie held roles at Gensler, including Public Relations Director and Associate, where responsibilities encompassed strategic communications for a global design firm. Additional experience includes public relations roles at Fentress Architects and TreanorHL, where Katie was instrumental in developing and managing PR strategies. Katie's career also features campaign management and media relations for the Obama/Biden Campaign with the Democratic National Committee. Educationally, Katie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism & Mass Communication from the University of Northern Colorado.
