Michael Kalousek is in his ninth season with the Broncos in 2022 and operates as the team's Vice President of Finance. He was originally hired as Manager of Financial Analysis in June 2014.

With more than 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, Kalousek is responsible for all aspects of the finance department's operations, including financial reporting, internal controls, payroll, budgeting, cash management, and overall strategic planning to improve cash flows.
