Pol Morales has a diverse work experience in the creative field. Starting in 2018, Pol worked at Appswitch as a UI/UX Designer for nine months. In 2019, Pol worked as a Multimedia Designer at Motif Studio and Mundo Design + Build, each for nine months. In 2021, Pol worked as a Multimedia Designer at House of Volstrov for four months. Pol also had experience with project management and creative roles as an Executive Board member in ACES, Philippines from 2018 to 2020. As an Executive Board member, Pol was involved in production design, art direction, creatives committee, marketing committee, and costume committee. Pol then gained freelance experience as a Graphic Designer at Kawayan Creatives for three months in 2022. Following that, Pol worked as a Creative Designer and Dancer at BAWZ PH from November 2022. Currently, Pol is working as an Art Director at Dentsu Creative Philippines, where they handle various brands and focus on developing and maintaining creative visions for advertising, graphic design, and marketing projects. Pol also had a previous freelance role as an Art Director, where they collaborated on graphic design, social media collaterals, and marketing projects for Jollibee.

From 2014 to 2018, Pol Morales attended the University of Santo Tomas, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and Design.
