Tamara Alsheikh has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in user experience (UX) design and research. Tamara is currently the UX Director at Dentsply Sirona, where they lead the UX team in driving the digital transformation of the dentistry experience. Prior to this, they worked at Siemens as the Head of UX, where they established and led UX practices for the international headquarters. Tamara also has experience as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Google, where they conducted research projects in various countries. Tamara has freelanced as a UX Designer and consultant, working with clients in the UK and the Middle East. Tamara also took a career break, during which they engaged in personal projects, volunteering, and mentoring. Tamara holds a Global MBA degree from IE Business School and a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from University College London.

Tamara Alsheikh completed their education with a Master of Business Administration degree from the IE Business School in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they obtained a MSc degree in Human Computer Interaction with Ergonomics from UCL in 2008-2009. Tamara also holds a BSc degree in Computer Science, with a minor in Business Administration from The American University in Cairo, which they completed in 2004-2008.
