Coni Riveros has an extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Constanza "Coni" started their career as a Senior Consultant at ICEM, where they worked for six years. Constanza "Coni" then joined Winstar Latin America as a Human Resources Analyst for two years, during which they managed downsizing and led integration projects. Riveros later moved to SMS - San Martin, Suarez y Asociados, where they served as the Human Resources Senior Manager for six years, overseeing recruitment, compensation, and payroll departments.
Afterwards, Riveros joined Stryker as the HR Manager for the Southern Cone region.
