Rachael Phillips is a seasoned professional in strategic sourcing and supply chain management, currently serving as the Strategic Sourcing Manager at Density since November 2021. Prior to this role, Rachael held positions at Carestream as Worldwide Commodity Manager and at onsemi as Senior Buyer for Direct and Indirect Materials. Rachael's experience also includes roles as Materials Planner III at Thermo Fisher Scientific, and various positions at onsemi, including Senior Logistics Analyst and Strategic Sourcing Buyer. Earlier career experiences feature a Buyer/Planner role at Parker Hannifin and a Buyer Co-op position at Toyota North America. Rachael earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology's Saunders College of Business in 2009.
