Helen Chan is an experienced Scrum Product Owner with a strong background in Agile methodologies and project management. Helen has been with Densify since September 2017, collaborating with stakeholders and Product Managers to translate business problems into actionable user stories and enhancing UX/UI for legacy systems. Prior to this, Helen served as a Contract Business Consultant at CDI Computer Dealers Inc. from February 2010 to September 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing the integration of MS Dynamics with an in-house ERP system. Helen also held various roles at CDI, including Solutions Manager and Scrum Product Owner / Business Analyst, leading multiple successful project implementations. Earlier in Helen's career, as a Business Project Manager at PCCW, leadership included guiding a team of analysts in developing critical systems for online services. Helen holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from McMaster University.
