Silvia L. Garcia started their work experience as an IL/TILP Case Manager at Florence Crittenton in 2004 and worked there until 2007. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Direct Support Supervisor at For The Community Services. In 2012, they worked as an ACT Case Manager at Choices Network of Arizona and then as a Clinical Facilitator at Youth Evaluation and Treatment Centers | Valley Clinical Services from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Research Assistant at ASU Center for Applied Behavioral Health Policy. Silvia L. then worked as an OCE State Program Manager at Arizona Department of Economic Security from 2016 to 2018. From 2017 to 2022, they held multiple roles at Bayless Integrated Healthcare, including Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Of Staff. Currently, they are the Chief Administrative Officer at Denova Collaborative Health starting in 2023.
