Mary Casciano Lovely has a strong background in behavioral health and counseling. Mary most recently served as the Director of Behavioral Health at denova Collaborative Health starting in November 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Clinical Supervisor at Bayless Healthcare Group since November 2016. Mary also held the position of Clinical Lead at Community Bridges from October 2014 to November 2016. Mary worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Dr. Refice and Associates from February 2012 to September 2014. Before that, Mary served as a Therapist at Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services from April 2011 to August 2013. Mary began their career as a Clinical Coordinator at A Better Today, Inc. in April 2007 and stayed with the company until April 2011.

Mary Casciano Lovely attended West Scranton High School from 1994 to 1998. Mary then pursued higher education at Marywood University, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from 2005 to 2009.
