Theresa Ingannamorte has an extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Theresa began their career as the owner of Design N Stitch in 1995, where they worked until 2001. Theresa then joined Chopper Logistics as a Human Resource Manager, a position they held from 2001 to 2007. Following that, they worked as a Controller at Cimmaron International Corp. from 2007 to 2013. In 2013, Theresa joined Mercedes-Benz Manhattan and held various roles including Sales Consultant, Finance Manager, Director of Finance, and Sales Operations Manager. Their most recent position was as the VP of Corporate Development at Dennis & Co. Auto Group, starting in 2023.

Theresa Ingannamorte attended William Paterson University of New Jersey, where they studied Business Administration/Accounting.
