Yavuz Elkin has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Yavuz started their career as an Auditor at Yapı Kredi Bank in 1993 and later became the Department Head - SME at the same bank from 1997 to 2000. Yavuz then worked as the Commercial Marketing Director at Dışbank-Fortisbank/Turkey from 2000 to 2004. After that, they joined DenizBank, where they held different positions such as Senior Vice President - Commercial Banking from 2004 to 2007, and Senior Vice President - HR & Deniz Akademi from 2007 to 2014. Currently, they are serving as the Executive Vice President - HR & Deniz Academy at DenizBank.

Yavuz Elkin obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Marmara University, where they studied from 1988 to 1993.
