Ä°nci Kutsar's work experience is as follows:

- Ä°nci is currently working as the Vice President, FI & Treasury Group, Structured Finance at DenizBank since June 2022. Their responsibilities include providing funding lines from IFIs to improve international wholesale funding capabilities of the bank and organizing financing instruments such as bilateral loans, structured finance instruments, Eurobond & covered bond issuances, DPRs, and syndications.

- Prior to their current position, Ä°nci worked as an Assistant Manager, FI Group, Structured Finance and Investor Relations at Åžekerbank T.A.Åž. from August 2017 to May 2022. Their role involved providing credit lines from Banks & IFIs to enhance the bank's international funding capabilities and organizing financing instruments such as bilateral loans, structured finance, Eurobond & covered bond issuances, and syndications.

- Before entering the banking sector, Ä°nci worked as an Assistant in the Press and Public Relations Department at Ä°stanbul Ãœniversitesi from October 2016 to July 2017.

- Ä°nci also has experience as a Project Assistant in the "Press for Freedom, Time for Youth to Speak up" Project and the "Press for Freedom" Project at Gazeteciler Cemiyeti / Journalists Association in September 2015 and July 2015, respectively.

- In 2014, İnci worked as a News Reporter at Hürriyet for a brief period of time in September.

İnci Kutsar completed their high school education at Üsküdar Çağrıbey Anadolu Lisesi from 2006 to 2010. İnci then pursued their Bachelor's degree in International Relations at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi from 2010 to 2015. Following that, they obtained a Master's degree in Corporate Communications from Istanbul University from 2016 to 2019.
