Koch de Jager has over 20 years of work experience in the software and engineering field. Koch started their career as a Software Design Engineer at Reutech Systems in 1997 and also worked as a Software Engineer at Reutech Radar Systems. In 1999, they joined Grintek Electronic Solutions as a Software Engineer and later moved to ATE as a Senior Software Engineer in 2002.
