Dev Muggan is a System Safety Engineer with extensive experience at Denel Aviation, where employment has spanned from January 2005 to the present. Prior to this role, Dev Muggan served as Engineering Support Manager and Development Engineer at Denel Aviation Foundry from September 1984 to August 2004. Dev Muggan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Metallurgical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, completed between 1977 and 1982, and received Matric ("A" Stream) from Nirvana High School in Lenasia from 1970 to 1974. Additionally, Dev Muggan has undergone training at TLR.
