Lisa Kandalaft has over 30 years of experience in the financial, operations, and marketing industries. Lisa began their career in 1985 as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young. In 1990, they joined The Walt Disney Company as a Senior Marketing and Finance Manager and held this role for 11 years. During this time, they drove the content strategy for 3 major web sites, globalized the domestic site, and launched international sites for consumers in the UK, Canada, Latin America, Germany, Brazil, and Japan. In 2002, they were the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics Team Leader for Coca-Cola Company, where they successfully led a team of 150 diverse, multi-lingual ambassadors and developed customer service guidelines and venue specific security procedures. In 2006, they became the CFO at CFO Strategic Partners, where they provided strategic financial advice and direction to business owners and CEOs and led efforts to create sound financial systems for cash-flow management, budgeting, and proactive tax planning. From 2007 to 2015, they held two positions: Business Manager at Vector Strategy Inc. and Quickbooks ProAdvisor / Accounting Consultant at Key Consulting. At Vector Strategy Inc., they prepared financial statements, created forecasts, reconciled bank accounts, maintained accounts receivable and accounts payable, and maintained an Access database with complete customer information and purchase history. At Key Consulting, they provided GAAP accounting support to companies in a variety of industries, optimized the use of Quickbooks, and created accounting standard operating procedures and training manuals. In 2015, they became a Consultant at Denali Financial Consulting, LLC.
Lisa Kandalaft began their educational journey at St Saviour High School from 1977 to 1981. Lisa then attended Pace University - Lubin School of Business from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a BBA, summa cum laude in Accounting and Finance. Finally, they pursued their MBA in Quality Service Operations at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 1988 to 1990.
