Michael Ploeckelman possesses extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Sales Manager and Sr. Manager of Business Development at Denali Ingredients since March 2016. Previous roles include Account Executive, Business Administration Supervisor, and Customer Service Supervisor within the same organization. Prior to Denali Ingredients, Michael worked at Progressive Image, Inc. as Customer Service and Marketing Manager and Inside Sales Representative. Additional experience includes Inside Sales at Cooper Power Systems and Customer Service Representative at Sussex IM. Earlier in Michael's career, significant tenure at EPSI involved sales, international coordination, and training, with responsibilities including managing customer service representatives and enhancing customer satisfaction. Michael holds educational qualifications from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and WCTC, both attained in 2004.
