Matthew Schuchman currently serves as a Corporate Real Estate Consultant at Popular Bank, focusing on contract management and project budget oversight since July 2023. With a diverse background in facility coordination and client service, Matthew has previously held roles at iCapital, Regus, and Schlesinger Group, where responsibilities included managing office aesthetics, supporting IT issues, and overseeing client experiences for market research. In addition to professional roles, Matthew has contributed as an interviewer and writer for Den of Geek (US) since 2013 and has experience in the creative industry as a concert photographer and film critic. Matthew holds a degree from Toronto Film School from 2000 to 2002.
