Wendy Hoier has over 25 years of experience in various business development roles. Wendy is currently the Senior Director of Market Development at Dempsey Construction, Inc., where they have been since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Business Development at CASCO Contractors from 2021 to 2023, and at Align Builders, Inc. from 2018 to 2021. Wendy also served as the Business Development Manager at VIKING COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION, INC. from 2011 to 2018. Wendy has been actively involved in the community, serving as a Board Member for the California Restaurant Association from 2016 to 2018 and HomeAid San Diego from 2011 to 2014. Wendy also worked as an Executive Recruiter at Baysinger Search from 2007 to 2012 and as an Account Executive at Vector Resources in 2011. Wendy started their career at AT&T, where they held roles as a Technical Sales Specialist from 1999 to 2002 and as an Account Manager from 1996 to 1999. Wendy's experience also includes working as a Regional Account Manager at AAC Corporation from 1995 to 1996.
