Melissa Shepperson currently serves as an Accounting Clerk at Demos' Restaurants since March 2023. Previously, Melissa held the position of Corporate Training and Communications Specialist at Global Growth, LLC from December 2020 to March 2023, contributing to a firm involved in various investment sectors globally. Before that, Melissa worked as a Substitute Teacher with Professional Educational Services Group, LLC from November 2016 to March 2022, supporting educational staffing needs across nearly 5,000 schools. Melissa's extensive career also includes a long tenure at SunTrust Bank, where responsibilities included VP-Talent Management & Development and Regional Training Manager from December 1992 to June 2016. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Banking, Operations, and Leadership from Bellevue University, completed in 2015, and studied at Austin Peay State University from 1989 to 1993.
