Nausheen Mamode has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Nausheen is currently working as a Finance Manager at Democrance, where they help insurers increase their digital sales and offers insurance to underinsured populations in emerging markets. Before that, they worked as a Finance Manager at Xange.com, where they supported the set-up and management of a securities exchange focused on Sustainable Development Goals. Prior to that, they were a Finance / Office Manager at Meriones DMCC for nearly three years. Nausheen also has experience as a Financial Accountant at Lootah BCGas S.S. Lootah Group, an Accounting Associate at Beaufort Associates FZ-LLC, a Finance Analyst at BDO, and an Assistant Accountant at MAT Partnership.

Nausheen Mamode's education history begins in 2004 when they attended Dr Maurice Cure State College and obtained their High School degree in HSC A Level in 2007. In 2010, they enrolled in ACCA and completed their Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business in 2013. During this time, they also obtained a Certificate in Sage Line 50 from the London School of Business and Finance in September 2011. Nausheen then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, graduating in 2016.
